Job Summary:
Become a key player in our logistics network as a Warehouse Associate in Columbus, Ohio! We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center. You will be involved in a range of activities, including receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing goods for dispatch. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
  • Store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking items from shelves.
  • Pack items securely for shipping, ensuring product integrity.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and support overall logistics efficiency.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform manual labor, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse setting.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles is a plus.
  • Willingness to follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
