Become a key player in our logistics network as a Warehouse Associate in Columbus, Ohio! We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center. You will be involved in a range of activities, including receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing goods for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
- Store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking items from shelves.
- Pack items securely for shipping, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and support overall logistics efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles is a plus.
- Willingness to follow all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
