We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse facility. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will be an integral part of our logistics operations, helping to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times as required by the job.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and operate various equipment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure workplace.
