Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy of counts and condition.
- Stock items into designated warehouse locations using RF scanners.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company policies, emphasizing safety and efficiency in logistics operations.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots, to ensure your safety.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning is a plus.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety guidelines and using proper lifting techniques.
- Willingness to consistently wear the necessary PPE.
