Job Summary:
Join our dynamic logistics team in Kansas City, Missouri, as a Distribution Center Associate! Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy of counts and condition.
  • Stock items into designated warehouse locations using RF scanners.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
  • Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all company policies, emphasizing safety and efficiency in logistics operations.
  • Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots, to ensure your safety.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning is a plus.
  • Commitment to adhering to all safety guidelines and using proper lifting techniques.
  • Willingness to consistently wear the necessary PPE.
