We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Provo, Utah. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics network. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Store goods properly in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Contribute to process improvements in warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical strength, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
