Join our fast-paced logistics center in Virginia Beach, Virginia as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include picking items from warehouse shelves using an RF scanner, verifying order accuracy, and meticulously packing items for shipment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, speed, and accuracy to meet performance goals. Physical demands include frequent lifting, bending, walking, and standing. We prioritize the safety of our team; comprehensive training on safe lifting procedures and the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided. The ideal candidate is organized, possesses excellent attention to detail, and can work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in order fulfillment or a warehouse setting is beneficial.
