Job Summary:
Join our thriving distribution center in San Antonio, Texas, as a Distribution Center Associate! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to support our fast-paced logistics operations. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all products are handled with care and efficiency, contributing to the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This position demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and all associates are expected to follow strict safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role may require frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders according to specific customer requirements and order details.
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Conduct regular inspections of warehouse areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and utilize required PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and audits as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment focused on logistics excellence.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
