Responsibilities:
- Accept and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage outgoing orders for timely dispatch.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a safe and orderly work environment, strictly following all safety protocols.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and assist in inventory accuracy.
- Uphold all company policies, with a special emphasis on safety and Logistics standards.
- Consistent use of required PPE is mandatory for all tasks.
- Follow all Lifting requirements to ensure personal and team safety.
- Champion a culture of exceptional Safety within all warehouse activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Capable of Lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety best practices.
