Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Stage orders for timely departure and load/unload trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper procedures and system updates.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory processes.
- Support efficient logistics flow across all warehouse functions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory management principles.
- Dedication to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
