Are you detail-oriented and organized? We are looking for a dedicated Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting cycle counts, reconciling inventory discrepancies, investigating stock adjustments, and ensuring that inventory data is up-to-date in our system. This position plays a vital part in our overall logistics operations, impacting order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with warehouse staff, receiving, and shipping departments to identify and resolve any inventory-related issues. A strong understanding of inventory management principles and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) are highly desirable. We emphasize a culture of safety and expect all employees to adhere to strict guidelines. Proper use of PPE is mandatory. You will be expected to perform some Lifting of inventory items. This role requires excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing stock. Continuous improvement in inventory processes is a key objective. Your contribution to efficient logistics is invaluable.
