We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Seattle, Washington. This role is central to our logistics operations, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively and that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Accurately stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists with precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks, adhering to all Safety standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent counting and data entry.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free from hazards, following strict Safety procedures.
- Wear all required PPE at all times while on the warehouse floor.
- Report any Safety concerns or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring efficient logistics flow.
- Must be capable of performing demanding physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 70 lbs.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar logistics role is highly preferred.
- Forklift certification or proven experience operating forklifts is a significant advantage.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical strength and endurance, including frequent Lifting, bending, and standing for long durations.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to upholding all Safety policies and procedures, and correct usage of PPE.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
