In this vital role, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics and order fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include supervising a team of warehouse associates, managing inventory, optimizing workflows, and enforcing strict Safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is required. You will be instrumental in driving team performance, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments. This role demands strong leadership qualities, the ability to motivate a diverse team, and a deep understanding of warehouse best practices. Continuous improvement of processes and adherence to all company policies, including the proper use of PPE, are paramount. The position may involve some physical demands, including moderate Lifting, but your focus will be on operational oversight.
