About
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our distribution center. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. Safety is our top priority, and all team members are expected to follow strict safety guidelines, utilize appropriate PPE, and practice safe lifting techniques. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. This role is physically demanding and requires stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods. You will be a vital part of our logistics network, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and accurately record incoming inventory.
- Sort and place warehouse stock into designated locations.
- Pick orders accurately based on order forms or system instructions.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE and proper lifting procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory and logistics principles.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
