Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Technician for our facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of our warehouse equipment and infrastructure. Your duties will include performing routine inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventative maintenance, and executing repairs on machinery, forklifts, conveyor systems, and other critical equipment. You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and Safety of our logistics operations by minimizing downtime and guaranteeing that all equipment functions optimally. A strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems is required. You must be proficient in using diagnostic tools and have a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems. Safety is our utmost priority; therefore, strict adherence to all Safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position may involve moderate to heavy Lifting and working in various warehouse environments. We provide ongoing training and opportunities for professional development.
