About
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at our Seattle, Washington facility. This leadership role involves managing a team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of productivity and Safety . You will be responsible for training, scheduling, and performance management of staff, as well as implementing operational improvements. A key aspect of this role includes ensuring all warehouse activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, including the proper use of PPE . This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of warehouse Logistics . The ability to motivate a team and resolve issues effectively is essential. Successful candidates will have a proven ability to manage inventory, optimize space utilization, and improve overall warehouse efficiency. This role involves occasional Lifting of heavy items, up to 50 pounds, and requires the physical capacity to perform these tasks safely.
