Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using order sheets and RF scanners.
- Stage finished orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling of products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, including aisles and work areas.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct utilization of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Meet or exceed performance expectations for productivity and accuracy.
- Report any operational or safety concerns to warehouse management promptly.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting is beneficial.
- Physical capability to handle repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse procedures and logistics principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to work.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
