Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring order accuracy.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics principles.
- Willingness to wear required PPE , such as gloves and safety glasses.
