Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate with carriers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Support the broader logistics and supply chain functions of the company.
- Perform tasks involving frequent lifting and physical labor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for the duration of shifts.
- Capable of performing frequent lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety and basic logistics principles.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
