As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. This position involves a variety of responsibilities within our state-of-the-art logistics facility, from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that our customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition. A commitment to safety is paramount, and you will be trained on and expected to use all necessary PPE and follow rigorous safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Pick items from inventory according to order tickets.
- Pack products securely for transit.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning and logging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, following all PPE guidelines.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Contribute to team goals and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
