About
We are looking for reliable Material Handlers to join our growing warehouse operations in Orlando, Florida. As a Material Handler, you will be essential in managing the movement and organization of goods within our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing materials for shipment. This role demands physical capability, a keen eye for detail, and an understanding of warehouse workflows. We are dedicated to providing a safe work environment, offering comprehensive training on equipment and emphasizing the importance of PPE . You will be expected to handle materials safely, including regular Lifting of items up to 60 lbs, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics network. Strict adherence to all Safety regulations is required.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and verify against documentation.
- Store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE correctly.
- Support the seamless flow of goods within the warehouse Logistics system.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and basic inventory procedures.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Willingness to wear and use required PPE .
- Understanding of basic Logistics principles.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
