Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Must be able to perform lifting duties, including lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to follow all safety guidelines.
