About
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will span various warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our overall logistics success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition of goods.
- Stock inventory accurately into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate manual and powered equipment safely, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform Lifting of up to 60 pounds regularly.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
