The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct warehouse staff in daily tasks.
  • Coordinate the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of products.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Manage inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Implement and enforce Safety regulations and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring all are in good working condition.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency.
  • Process shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Ability to handle physical demands, including regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required; further education or certification is a plus.
