Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and other vehicles.
- Move inventory within the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety guidelines and protocols.
- Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
- Perform tasks related to shipping and receiving as directed.
- Follow all instructions to ensure the efficient flow of goods in our logistics chain.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve operational goals.
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not required; we provide training. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs). Strong work ethic and reliability. Good communication skills. Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions. Must be able to work in a team environment. Understanding of basic warehouse Safety principles. Familiarity with PPE. This is a key role in our logistics network.
