We are hiring for a Distribution Center Associate in Nashville, Tennessee! This is a dynamic role within our logistics operations, responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our distribution center running smoothly. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, manage inventory, pick and pack orders, and operate material handling equipment. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict safety protocols, and assisting with other warehouse duties as needed. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, capable of frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, and able to stand and walk for extended periods. A strong commitment to safety is paramount, and you will be required to wear appropriate PPE at all times. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus, but not strictly required for motivated candidates.
