Join our busy warehouse team in Denver, Colorado, as a Warehouse Worker. This dynamic role involves a wide range of activities crucial to our logistics and distribution operations. You'll be involved in receiving inbound shipments, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and preparing items for outbound shipping. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is a top priority, and adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods and will be responsible for frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily targets and ensure the smooth flow of inventory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and storage.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic inventory control concepts.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
