What You’ll Do:

* Document patient progress and maintain clear treatment records.
* Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants.
* Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver outstanding results.
* Promote PRN Home Health & Therapy in the community.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
* Adaptable, dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate professionals.
* Self-starters who want to *pick up extra hours* or explore a new role.
* Licensed Physical Therapists in Wisconsin with current CPR certification.
