Schedule: *Full-Time Days + Every Other Weekend and On-Call Rotation*
Compensation: *$120,000 - $135,000 per year*

Elmore Assisted Living, part of Sunflower Communities, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee and support our care team. *What You’ll Do*
* *Supervise Care Teams:* Provide leadership and oversight for nurses and caregivers, ensuring quality care for residents
* *Monitor Resident Health & Safety:* Oversee clinical operations and ensure adherence to care plans, policies, and procedures
* *Conduct Nursing Assessments:* Perform and review assessments, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with state regulations
* *Medication & Treatment Oversight:* Ensure proper medication administration and address any health-related concerns
* *Support & Mentor Staff:* Provide guidance, coaching, and clinical support to caregivers and nurses, fostering a positive and skilled care team
* *Emergency Response & Crisis Management:* Act decisively in urgent situations, coordinating appropriate medical responses and follow-up care
* *Maintain Compliance & Quality Standards:* Ensure regulatory requirements and best practices are met across all operations
*What You Bring to the Role*
* *Active RN License in Minnesota* (Required)
* *Previous leadership or supervisory experience* in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar setting
* *Strong clinical and assessment skills* with a passion for senior care
* *Ability to lead and mentor staff* in a fast-paced environment
* *Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities*
* *Familiarity with assisted living regulations* and best practices in nursing care
