About
We are seeking a motivated *Lead Plumber* to manage plumbing projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, technical plumbing expertise, and the ability to plan, estimate, and oversee each phase of the job. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using modern tools such as CRM systems to manage workflow and communication.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and execute plumbing projects from estimation to completion
* Prepare accurate job estimates and project timelines
* Create and manage stock lists and material orders
* Supervise and lead plumbing crews to ensure quality and efficiency
* Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
* Utilize CRM software to track projects, job progress, and client communication
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
Qualifications
* Valid plumbing license (Master or Journeyman preferred)
* Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience
* Proven experience leading crews and managing multiple projects
* Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems
* Experience with job estimating and material takeoffs
* Proficiency in CRM or project management software
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
