*What you'll Do:*
* *Provide High-quality Physical Therapy to residents to improve mobility, safety, and independence*
* *Develop Individualized treatment plans and measurable goals*
* *Collaborate closely with OT, SLP, Nursing, and the care team*
* *Educate Residents, Families, and staff on exercises, mobility strategies, and equipment*
* *Bring Positivity and encouragement to every therapy session*

* *Licensed Physical Therapist *
* *Experience in Long-term Care or geriatrics is a bonus! *

This position is open to PTs at all experience levels. Pay rates are competitive and based on various factors.
