SEO Account Director – Manchester City Centre We're partnering with one of the world's leading media agencies, currently expanding following multiple high‑profile client wins. They are now recruiting a SEO Account Director to join their Manchester City Centre team.

As an SEO Account Director you will take full ownership of SEO strategy and performance across a portfolio of key client accounts, driving sustainable growth and measurable results.
Own and lead SEO strategy to deliver long‑term organic performance and commercial impact
Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of SEO campaigns, from planning and implementation to reporting
Review and approve client‑facing documentation, reports and strategic presentations
Deliver deep strategic analysis to shape long‑term organic roadmaps, capitalising on emerging trends and technologies
Lead, manage and develop SEO team members, supporting progression and ensuring high delivery standards
About you
Strong hands‑on expertise across technical SEO, on‑page optimisation and link building/analysis
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to clients and collaborating internally
Experience briefing and working closely with Content, Digital PR and CRO teams
Strong commercial awareness, able to build scopes of work and respond effectively to client briefs

CRO Account Director – UK (Stockton‑on‑Tees, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Manchester City Centre or Remote) We’re on the lookout for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist to become a key part of our growing team.
The CRO Account Director will own their client portfolio, lead the implementation of CRO strategies, and drive measurable impact while maintaining a client‑first approach.
Own the relationship of your portfolio of clients and ensure retention is at an all‑time high
Promote high standards of CRO service delivery, achieving efficient and high‑quality outcomes
Measure client happiness via NPS/CSAT, taking proactive action when scores fall short
Continuously strive to produce the highest results, owning results and implementing changes as needed
Devise and own best‑in‑class CRO strategies for your portfolio, sharing learnings across the business
Requirements
Extensive proven experience either agency or client‑side specialising in CRO
Proven expertise in external CRO platforms, analytics, forecasting and measurement
Experience building and executing CRO strategies, in‑house or for clients
Working to tight deadlines as a team and individually
Senior client‑facing experience and strategy presentation skills
Analytical and data‑driven mindset
Desirable
Experience in e‑commerce and other digital media channels
Google Data Studio, Attribution, Google Tag Manager

Paid Search Account Director – Manchester City Centre They are now recruiting a Paid Search Account Director (PPC) to lead the strategic planning, activation and optimisation of paid search activity across key accounts.
Own paid search strategy and performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and preferably Search Ads 360
Act as senior activation lead, ensuring campaigns are delivered on brief, on time and within budget
Provide clients with actionable insights and demonstrate deep understanding of paid search’s commercial impact
Lead, mentor and develop junior team members, managing workloads and delivery standards
Support the Director and Partner with recruitment, interviewing and team growth
What we’re looking for
Extensive experience in paid search campaign setup, management, optimisation and reporting
Strong understanding of strategic and tactical paid search within a wider digital marketing ecosystem
Proven stakeholder management, project delivery and people‑leadership experience
Ability to lead hybrid teams across multiple markets
A leadership style that creates an open, trust‑led environment balancing people and client experience
