The Role: As the Senior Director Surgical Services RN for Providence St Peter Hospital (PSPH) and Providence Centralia Hospital (PCH), you'll lead the charge in providing strategic direction and administrative oversight to our Surgical Services. You'll be located in the lively city of Centralia, working closely with executive teams to advance healthcare delivery in the region. Spearhead the strategic planning process for surgical services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving innovation. Administrative Leader: Oversee departmental budgets, staffing, and the annual planning process, ensuring efficient resource management. Team Management: Use the Team Leadership Model to inspire trust, foster teamwork, and expand team capabilities across the surgical services division. Mission Advocate: Uphold and communicate the Providence Health System Mission Statement and core values, promoting a culture of compassion and accountability. Performance Enhancer: Implement performance management strategies to support employee development, recognizing achievements and encouraging self-growth. Fiscal Steward: Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by preparing and utilizing budgets, contributing positively to the financial performance of the hospitals. Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, with a preferred Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Management, or Health Administration. A minimum of 5 years in progressive management roles within perioperative services, with experience in working with collective bargaining units preferred, showcasing your ability to build strong partnerships. Valid Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
