What We Offer: A role within an expanding, high-potential business unit, focused on digital transformation Broad responsibilities in designing and delivering PLM/SLM solutions for global clients A clear and tailored career development plan A career within a passionate, dynamic & international team Flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel to customer sites A mobility package (company car or equivalent) and a smartphone Comprehensive insurance & benefits package A parental leave model What You’ll Do: Lead client projects in Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) as a senior technical expert Analyse requirements, Design and architect client-specific solutions, from concept to deployment — with a focus on PTC technologies (Windchill, etc.) Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable technical implementations (design, configure, customise) Deliver and facilitate client workshops and strategic discussions Ensure quality delivery and client’s satisfaction through appropriate methods and software engineering processes Develop standardized solution components that enrich the DxP Services portfolio Drive and support innovation by refining our methodologies and strategic approach to PLM/SLM Identify and support acquisition of potential new projects and new business opportunities in collaboration with sales and marketing What You Bring: A degree in Engineering/Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science 4+ years of experience in IT or business process consulting – ideally as a Solution Architect, Developer, or Technical Project Lead Hands-on experience in enterprise SLM or PLM solutions – especially in industries like automotive, aerospace, medical devices, electronics, or mechanical engineering Knowledge on S-Series ILS specifications is appreciated Strong Java programming skills, and in-depth knowledge of XML Processing (XSL-T, SAX, StAX, …), JSP, Javascript. Full Stack is a plus. Solid knowledge of Oracle, SQL, Ant, bat, shell and of Windows, Unix, Linux Solid knowledge of IT architectures related to PLM/SLM (client-server, cloud, SaaS, ...), software development, interfaces, and database systems A track record of leading integration projects and driving results Problem-solving, solution-finding and troubleshooting skills Able to work in autonomy, customer service-oriented, high-energy & results-oriented mindset Experience configuring or customising PTC solutions: Windchill, Arbortext, SIM, S&PI. ThingWorx is a plus Experience in conducting and managing workshops is a plus. Professional proficiency in both French and English Why DxP Services?
