Design Delivery Specialist M/F H/F

INTRODUCTION:
For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are looking for a
Design Delivery Specialist M/F
10 month temporary assignment Full-time position

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:

• Work in close coordination with pre-press vendors, print suppliers, and brand/design stakeholders to validate the technical feasibility of visual concepts, propose alternatives when needed, coordinate or attend print tests, ensure consistent visual output on-shelf, and troubleshoot any quality concerns.

• Take ownership of project planning and execution timelines, escalating relevant challenges to stakeholders at the right moment to facilitate smooth decision-making and maintain deadlines and quality standards.

• Oversee and manage project workflows using WebCenter or equivalent artwork management systems.

• Contribute individually and within teams to process optimization by introducing or reapplying innovations that boost quality, reduce effort, and improve turnaround time.

• Actively identify opportunities for reducing or avoiding costs and provide accurate quarterly reporting on design execution KPIs.

PROFIL ATTENDU:

• Degree in Design or equivalent hands-on experience in packaging execution environments.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end design-to-production workflow, including design finalization, print feasibility, artwork preparation, and materials/finishes suitability.

• Proven ability to manage several complex projects at once, demonstrating excellent organizational skills, precision, and follow-through.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) with a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) as a plus.

• Clear and professional communication skills-both written and spoken-with the ability to synthesize and present technical or creative information in a structured, impactful way.

• Strong team spirit and a solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration.
