Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to support our operations in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is fundamental to the efficient functioning of our distribution center, involving a variety of essential tasks. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment, contributing directly to our supply chain's success. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
  • Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report as needed.
  • Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with efficiency and precision.
  • Prepare finished orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification might be required).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the warehouse.
  • Follow all company **Safety** policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE .
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
  • Contribute to overall team goals and assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent standing, walking, and frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
