Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Coordinator for our busy facility in Tampa, Florida. This key role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, and coordinating staff to ensure efficiency and productivity. You will play a vital part in our Logistics chain, from receiving goods to dispatching shipments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of warehouse management principles. Safety is paramount, and you will be responsible for enforcing all Safety protocols and ensuring the correct use of PPE. This role demands physical capability, including regular Lifting. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, and dispatch.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse operational procedures.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to Safety standards.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain the warehouse in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
  • Implement and enforce all Safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
  • Optimize space utilization and workflow within the warehouse.
  • Liaise with other departments, supervisors, and customers to address logistical requirements.
  • Plan and organize schedules, ensuring productivity targets are met.
  • Handle any issues that arise and troubleshoot operational problems.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • Proven experience in warehouse coordination or supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and Logistics software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and motivate staff.
  • Understanding of Safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that involve Lifting and manual handling.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and stock control.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure workplace.
