Responsibilities & Qualifications
This is a route-based, service-oriented position requiring the employee to establish, maintain and build strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies, to grow existing customer business through sales and retention programs, to provide prompt, effective solutions to customer needs, to maximize route revenue through improved time management and upgraded product mix, to maximize contract terms by identifying changes in programs that require updated paperwork, and to be ImageFIRST's "face" to our customers and potential customers.
SCHEDULE:
Flexible schedule determined by changing route needs with service leadership oversight.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Excellent driving record DOT Medical Certification Background check and pre-employment drug screen required Ability to drive commercial motor vehicle - 24' box truck - for up to 10 hours daily Ability to lift 100 pounds on a consistent basis PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years of driving experience Sense of direction/knowledge of area Professional appearance Exceptional customer service/communication skills RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers through transparent communication, personalized service, and consistent delivery with the goal of fostering loyalty and satisfaction. Safely operate and drive truck with capacity under 3 tons to transport materials and products. Inspect vehicle, equipment, and supplies and communicate with service leadership repair needs, PMs, and accidents. Safely load truck by ensuring all customer orders are loaded in accordance with delivery invoices. Safely unload truck by ensuring all product is removed from truck, and truck is clean and sanitized. Maintain records such as vehicle log, record of cargo, and billing statements. Operate hand-held to perform product inventories, obtain contract renewals, present billing invoices for payment, collect receipts/payments. Attend team meetings as required. Conduct routine account reviews to identify challenges and opportunities to add additional product. Meet all required metrics and KPIs with daily check-ins with Route Analyst.
