Location: Gilbert What You'll Do: As a Business Analyst you'll collaborate across the organization to analyze moderate issues for your assigned business lines, serving as a subject matter expert in systems, processes, procedures, products, and services. You'll provide operational support, monitoring, and internal customer service across the bank, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality service. In addition, you'll support your assigned business lines to help drive the bank's overall strategy while optimizing department workflows. Responsibilities include: Responsible for the accurate reconciliation of general ledger accounts and remote vault cash activity, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and discrepancies are promptly investigated and resolved. Analyzes, researches, and resolves new, common, and escalated reconciliation issues, maintaining clarity, consistency, and direction across the organization. Provides thorough follow-through with internal customers regarding reconciliation matters. Participates in projects related to the development and documentation of reconciliation processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of business operations. This includes mapping reconciliation workflows, developing policies and procedures, and presenting recommendations to drive operational change. Identifies and escalates cases and inquiries that present previously unrecognized or increased risk to the Bank, particularly those related to reconciliation discrepancies or unusual vault cash activity. Assists in mitigating risk by verifying audit compliance and procedural quality control for reconciliation activities. Ensures compliance with established Bank policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations related to general ledger and vault cash management. What You'll Need: 4+ years of related experience. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services. Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. Intermediate experience with data analysis and research with the ability to identify and escalate cases or inquiries to mitigate bank risks. Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite. Intermediate experience with banking applications and systems preferred. Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills. Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $73,085.00 - $90,278.00 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
