Responsibilities
Delivery & Team Leadership (50%)
Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex technology engagements, ensuring excellence across scope, timelines, and budget.
Serve as the technical and delivery owner for multi-disciplinary projects involving data engineering, AI, and analytics.
Provide hands-on leadership in solution design, architecture, modeling, and deployment oversight.
Manage and mentor a growing East Coast-based technology team.
Coordinate delivery between onshore and offshore teams.
Contribute to the enhancement, scalability, and go-to-market buildout of Twine.
Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and technical excellence.
Client Engagement & Business Development (30%)
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior life sciences stakeholders.
Strengthen and expand East Coast client relationships.
Lead proposal development, capability presentations, and account growth efforts.
Translate complex client problems into platform-enabled technology solutions.
Support expansion of Twine-powered offerings across client accounts.
Technology & Innovation (20%)
Design and implement modern data warehouses, lakes, and analytics platforms on AWS / Azure / GCP.
Architect agentic AI solutions for commercial, operational, and market-facing use cases.
Develop data pipelines and enterprise-grade APIs.
Guide development of analytics and decision automation layers.
Feed emerging capabilities into the ongoing Twine product roadmap.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
11+ years of experience in technology consulting, life sciences analytics, or enterprise data architecture.
Proven track record leading and delivering large-scale data and AI initiatives in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and Databricks.
Familiarity with agentic AI architecture and LLM-based solution design.
Deep understanding of life sciences datasets (IQVIA, claims, CRM, lab data).
Executive presence with strong communication and client advisory skills.
Experience building or scaling technology-enabled platforms strongly preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with governance and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, GxP).
Background in biopharma analytics, digital transformation, or commercialization.
Expertise in API architecture or AI agent orchestration.
Prior involvement in platform product development or GTM strategy.
Compensation Base salary range: $200,000 - $280,000 per year, plus incentive compensation.
