In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior product leaders, designers, and engineers to deliver native iOS and Android features with pixel-level polish and measurable impact. You’ll play a critical role in integrating Copilot into mobile experiences and ensuring execution excellence.

Has experience shipping consumer mobile features and thrives in execution‑focused roles.
Collaborates deeply with Design on interaction and visual details.
Understands mobile engineering fundamentals (Swift, SwiftUI, Jetpack, Kotlin).
Uses experimentation and telemetry to guide decisions.
Brings strong customer empathy and clarity in execution.

Starting January 26, 2026, MAI employees are expected to work from a designated Microsoft office at least four days a week if they live within 50 miles (U.S.) or 25 miles (non‑U.S., country‑specific) of that location. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
Responsibilities
Support the lead PM in defining and refining vision, roadmap, and KPIs for iOS/Android experiences.
Write PRDs/specs and drive execution from experiment to GA with high quality.
Champion mobile‑native quality: startup time, perceived performance, offline/online ergonomics.
Implement A/B experimentation and telemetry practices with accessibility guardrails.
Coordinate cross‑team dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
Communicate progress, risks, and blockers clearly to stakeholders.
Contribute to operational rhythms and quality bars that sustain velocity and UX excellence.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in STEM or related field AND 3+ years in Product Management (or equivalent).
Experience contributing to consumer mobile apps (iOS and/or Android).
Familiarity with experimentation and data‑driven decision‑making.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
