Premier Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Westminster, CO. We are an independent therapist-owned clinic and looking for a full-time Physical Therapist.

We specialize in one-on-one care with 40-minute appointments with no double booking in a fun and professional environment. Premier Physical Therapy treats a wide variety of patient diagnoses including sports medicine and orthopedic injuries, neurological, vestibular, and geriatric conditions.
*Job Duties include:*
* Performing new patient evaluations to establish a Treatment Diagnosis.
* Establishing new patient treatment goals.
*Establishing evidence-based patient treatment plans:*
* Providing treatment including therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, gait training, manual therapy, modalities and other treatment procedures.
* Performing re-assessments, re-evaluations.
* Document care in electronic health records in a timely and accurate manner.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
