The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for daily operations, personnel management and technical expertise of the laboratory section. Provides accurate, timely and cost effective service to all laboratory customers. We are hiring for position Supervisor Clinical Laboratory at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK! Position is full-time, 1.0 FTE, 8-hr Day shifts, 40 hours per week. Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, or education and training equivalent to a Bachelor's of Science degree in a chemical, physical or biological science and have at least four years of clinical laboratory training or experience within 10 years immediately prior to application on human specimens or a combination of both in high complexity testing within the specialty area. ~ National Certification from American Society for Clinical Pathology, or ~ National Medical Laboratory Technician - American Association of Bioanalysts, or ~ National Medical Technologist - American Association of Bioanalysts, or ~ National Medical Laboratory Technician - American Medical Technologists, or ~ National Medical Technologist - American Medical Technologists, or ~ 4 years work experience in the clinical laboratory.
