Flexis, formed from the Joint venture between Renault Group, Volvo Group and CMA/CGM in April 2024, is a European mobility solutions OEM based in France. Flexis designs, develops and manufactures a new generation of 100% electric commercial vans and provides fleet management solutions based on a Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) architecture. The Start Of Production (SOP) of the first Flexis vehicles is planned in April 2026. Being part of the Flexis team will offer you a strong opportunity to bring your passion, experience and startup mindset to move forward with a more sustainable environment Job Description As a infrastructure charging solutions specialist , you will be responsible for driving the development of end to end charging infrastructure offer that support customer to transition to EV for last mile delivery vehicles . You will work closely with our technology teams as well as third party service providers to define process of new infrastructure implementation or retrofit of existing for our B2B clients In parallel, you will be involved in co creating solutions with chosen customers . This role requires a deep understanding of charging infrastructure, civil & electrical engineering including electric vehicle technologies. You will develop the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Missions : Actively contribute to customer co creation projects related to commercial fleet infrastructure depot design providing expertise on site assessment. Lead and coordinate with service providers on European scale end-to-end management of charging infrastructure projects for commercial vehicle fleets, including design, installation, and commissioning. Develop tools to secure customer experience in charging , monitor project timelines, scope, and resource plans, ensuring all deliverables are met. Manage relationships with EV charger manufacturers, installation contractors, and service providers to secure service level targets to our customers. Coordinate with stakeholders : customers (fleet operators, facility managers, EV charging providers etc.. ) to define project requirements and constraints. Manage multiple projects and secure relevant resources to monitor all projects simultaneously, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently Provide training and support to sales team or end customer on how to plan and develop charging infrastructure to optimize charging. Offer ongoing support to address any technical queries or challenges during implementation. Qualifications Electrical Engineering: A deep understanding of electrical systems, including AC/DC charging, power distribution, load management, and electrical safety protocols , specific to EV infrastructure. Charging Infrastructure Design: Ability to coordinate design, plan, and specify the layout for commercial EV charging stations Strong project management skills, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for EV infrastructure, including safety codes, accessibility requirements, and environmental laws. Highly engaged in sustainability transition (environment, health & safety Personal Attributes: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Highly organized, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement. Act as a real team player, promoting collaboration and support.
