Assistante RH ET administrative Offre d’emploi du 07/05/2025 Contexte Evamed, membre du groupe 1Med, est une société de recherche clinique (CRO) en pleine croissance, experte dans l'évaluation clinique des dispositifs médicaux. Evamed a développé son propre eCRF (electronic Case Report Form) permettant la collecte des données cliniques ainsi que leur validation et leur exploitation en temps réel (module complet de monitoring et d'analyse statistique). Nous accompagnons les industriels, sociétés savantes et institutionnels en France et dans le monde sur l’ensemble de leurs projets d’investigations cliniques ou en collaboration sur des étapes précises. Objectifs du poste Intégré·e à l’équipe Administrative, vous assisterez l’assistante de direction dans les fonctions de Ressources Humaines et de comptabilité. Vous assisterez notamment l’Assistante de Direction dans les missions suivantes : Assurer l’administration du personnel (rédaction des contrats et avenants, suivi des dossiers salariés, validation des absences, gestion des congés) Collecter les éléments variables de paie et les saisir dans le logiciel Silaé, en partenariat avec le cabinet comptable Contrôler les bulletins de paie et compléter les tableaux de bord de suivi de paie Participer au processus de recrutement (rédaction et diffusion des annonces, présélections téléphoniques, organisation des entretiens, préparation de l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs) Etablir le plan de formation et le suivre (collecte des besoins des salariés, relations avec les organismes de formation, inscription et suivi des formations) Gérer la facturation client et les relances Enregistrer les factures fournisseurs et les paiements dans le logiciel Monday Saisir les pièces comptables dans le logiciel Microsoft Dynamics Assurer le suivi administratif lié au fonctionnement quotidien du site Profil Formation Bac+2/3 en ressources humaines, gestion ou administration Au moins 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire Compétences souhaitées Maîtrise des outils de la Suite Office Sens de la confidentialité, rigueur, organisation, réactivité Aisance relationnelle et esprit d’équipe Bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise (écrite et parlée) indispensable (niveau B2). Objectives of this role Part of the Financial Team and related to the Head of Finance, you will assist the Executive Assistant in her missions in HR and accountancy. You will assist the Executive assistant in the following missions: Ensure the execution of staff administration (preparation of contracts and amendments, follow-up of staff files, validation of leaves and follow-up for days-off) Collect variable elements for payroll and implement figures in Silaé software, in partnership with the accountancy firm Control payslips and fill out payroll spreadsheets Contribute to the recruitment process (write and post job ads, make the first call with candidates, schedule the interviews, take care of the onboarding) Build the training plan and organize it (collecting the employees’ needs, finding training organizations, registration and follow-up of training) Manage invoicing customers and reminders Register providers’ invoices and payments in Monday software Record transactions in Microsoft Dynamics software Ensure the administrative follow-up of day-to-day running of the office Education and experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, management or administration At least 2 years of experience in a similar role Required skills and qualifications Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent organizational and time-management skills, responsiveness. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Confidentiality and discipline qualities. Excellent knowledge of French language (written and spoken) is mandatory (C1 level). Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken) is mandatory (B2 level).
