The Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager provides professional, comprehensive, patient centric care management services for at risk patients in an acute care environment. Accountabilities include assessment and planning, coordination of care, resource utilization management and/ or review, discharge planning, documentation of interventions, regulatory compliance and patient advocacy. Associate's Degree - Nursing degree/diploma upon hire. ~ Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. ~2 years - Acute care experience in a Medical Surgical or Inpatient setting ~1 year - Experience in care management or utilization review in any setting or upon hire successful completion of TIPS program or Case Management Orientation Program Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire.
