Senior PHP Developer - Symfony / Full Remote - Full-time

JOB DESCRIPTION You’ll join a squad of 5 (developers, tech lead, PM) working on a high-growth platform. Your responsibilities: design and develop new features, ensure clean and scalable code, and contribute to technical decisions and product quality. 🛠 Tech & culture PHP 8 / Symfony Docker / CI/CD pipelines AWS / OVH Redis, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch Strong product collaboration (devs are involved early in the discovery phase) Clear delivery process: tech discovery, scoped specs, autonomy and ownership PACKAGE Full remote from anywhere in Europe Full-time (permanent)€50–55K gross/year Team retreat once a year + Symfony conference sponsorship REQUIRED PROFILE At least 5 years of experience in back-end development, including strong Symfony skills Experience in a product-driven environment (not just agency or service work) Ability to understand business needs , break them down, and translate them into smart technical solutions Comfortable working remotely with strong async communication skills React is a nice bonus, but not required.
