Architecture & Automation*** Lead the design and development of next-generation deployment orchestration workflows using **Docker, containers, Kubernetes (on-prem) on RHEL, Ubuntu**, and hybrid cloud environments.* Architect, implement, and enhance **CI/CD/CT pipelines** to accelerate high-quality software releases.* Modernize legacy build systems and support migration from **TFS to Git/Azure DevOps**.* Build and manage artifact management workflows using **JFrog Artifactory** and modern package tools (NuGet, npm, etc.).* Drive automation of installers and deployment workflows (MSI/WiX, containerized installers, secure package distribution).### **Virtualization, Infrastructure*** Drive and Deliver pipelines for virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM/QEMU, Libvirt, containerized deployments).* Support and extend hybrid containerized clusters for compute workloads and orchestrated deployments.* Develop Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using **Terraform, Ansible** etc. for resource provisioning and automation.* Expert knowledge in GPU, USB passthrough mechanisms to enhance the functionality, efficiency and performance of applications in virtualized environments.* Evaluate and implement rollback mechanisms for disk backup/restore, encryption/ decryption and system migration strategies, ensuring safety, reliability of the systems across virtualized environments.### **Build, Release & Installer Engineering*** Develop, maintain, and optimize build and release pipelines for radiotherapy products, cybersecurity packages, and DoD deliverables.* Research, design, and implement standards and best practices for **installation packaging**, including re-engineering existing installers.* Lead the creation of electronic golden media workflows, build infrastructure, and IQ/OQ/PQ documentation.* Automate end-to-end deployment workflows to achieve **single-click deployment** across Windows, Linux, and virtualized environments.### **Cross-Functional Collaboration & Engineering Support*** Work closely with development, QE/ QA, operations teams including Field Service Engineers, teams to troubleshoot deployment issues and improve uptime.* Build automated test labs for software deployment and provisioning (scripts: PowerShell, Bash, VBScript, Win Batch).* Provide technical leadership in compliance-bound environments (QMS, medical device regulations).* Drive design discussions and help teams adopt modern DevOps practices and cloud-native workflows.## **Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelors in engineering/CS (8+ years' experience) **or** Master’s (6+ years).* 8+ years of professional software development or DevOps experience.* Strong proficiency in **C++, C#, Python**, Batch/PowerShell scripting.* Hands-on experience with Microsoft builds and release tooling (MS Build, Azure DevOps, TFS, or Jenkins/TeamCity).* Strong understanding of SCM tools: **Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Bitbucket**.* Experience with **JFrog Artifactory/Nexus, SQL & NoSQL databases**.* Ability to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines on-prem and in cloud environments.* Hands-on experience with **Windows Installer (MSI), WiX 3.x/4.x/5. x.*** Familiarity with static code analysis tools (Coverity, Blackduck, SonarQube).* Professional knowledge of cloud concepts and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS).## **Preferred Qualifications*** Experience building deployment tools for large distributed systems in regulated environments.* Knowledge of OS internals (Windows, Linux, VxWorks).* Experience with IIS/Tomcat and edge deployment architectures.* Serverless or Azure Container Instances experience.* Knowledge of Azure SQL scaling, system monitoring, and cost-optimized cloud deployments.## **Security & DevSecOps (Nice-to-Have)*** Experience with vulnerability scanning and secure pipeline automation.* Understanding of Air gapped, zero-trust architectures, NIST/ISO frameworks.* Experience integrating Static and Dynamic Application Security Testing (SAST)/DAST tools into CI/CD pipelines.## **Personal Attributes*** Strong ownership mindset with ability to lead initiatives end-to-end.*
