About
* Sales strategy, planning and forecasting
* Lead development of annual and quarterly sales plans, in partnership with finance, marketing and compliance * Drive territory alignment and sizing to maximize business opportunities
* Incentive Compensation
* Design, implement and manage comp plans including IC and contests * Lead cross functional IC governance
* Commercial Operations
* Build and oversee sales system infrastructure (CRM processes, data quality, reporting cadence) * Support field on-boarding and adoption of tools * Identify continuous improvement opportunities as the team scales over time
* Data and Metrics
* Determine KPIs for field force, and tools to track * Ensure team has customer level sales to measure adoption and loyalty
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in related field * 10 years in sales ops or related role * Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech is preferred * Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g. Veeva, Salesforce) and data/ business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) * Excellent communication skills and collaboration across functions
