Perform QA Testing and Regression activities Participate in team meetings within the Agile sprint processes Troubleshoot access issues and permission set conflicts Support data integrity reviews and data loads (Data Loader, Import Wizard) Build and update reports & dashboards Document processes, fixes, and knowledge base updates Participate in weekly team syncs, platform enhancement discussions What you bring to the role
Curiosity, willingness to learn and passion for Salesforce system. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work with a global team. Clear communication and customer first mindset. Technical interests in Automation, flows, Apex and integrations. Good understanding of the SDLC process. What you get from us:
