Pay: $144,935 - $269,165
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

We’re seeking a
strategic, results-driven IFS sales executive
to lead
new client acquisition
for ABM Performance Solutions. In this national leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that wins large-scale, multi-service IFS clients across all industries — including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, manufacturing, aviation, and technology.
This position will focus exclusively on
new-to-ABM clients , driving enterprise growth and establishing APS as the premier IFS partner for organizations seeking to consolidate, modernize, and optimize their facility operations.
You’ll lead the full pursuit process — from early-stage market development through solution design, proposal, and close — supported by ABM’s national operations, finance, and engineering teams. This role is ideal for a consultative, high-energy sales leader with deep IFS expertise and a track record of closing complex, high-value deals in matrixed environments.
What You’ll Do
Develop and own
a national new-client sales strategy and pipeline for ABM Performance Solutions (APS).
Lead enterprise pursuits
— from early prospecting and needs assessment through pricing, proposal, and contract negotiation.
Build trusted relationships with C-suite decision-makers to position APS as a strategic partner in performance, sustainability, and cost transformation.
Design outcome-based IFS solutions
aligned to client business objectives, leveraging ABM’s self-perform strengths and digital capabilities.
Collaborate with internal leaders in Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Technology to develop competitive, scalable, and profitable solutions.
Partner with marketing and sector leadership to expand APS visibility and thought leadership across key verticals.
Maintain pipeline discipline and stage tracking through Salesforce.com to ensure accurate forecasting and performance transparency.
Represent APS and ABM at industry conferences and client forums as a subject‑matter expert in integrated facility services.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive sales experience
in integrated facilities services, building operations, or performance-based outsourcing.
Proven track record
of securing large, multi-service contracts (>$10M annual value) with new enterprise clients.
Deep understanding of
facility operations, energy management, asset lifecycle planning, and sustainability drivers .
Strong financial acumen and ability to articulate
ROI, lifecycle cost savings, and value creation .
Skilled at navigating
complex, matrixed organizations
and influencing across multiple decision-makers.
Excellent communicator and presenter
with executive presence and consultative credibility.
Proficiency in
Salesforce.com
and enterprise systems (CMMS, BAS, IWMS, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Engineering, Facilities Management , or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with
Smart Building ,
IoT , and
ESG/sustainability-focused
programs.
Background in
multi-industry sales , including healthcare, commercial, and industrial markets.
Knowledge of
EHS and safety-integrated operations .
