Now we are quickly becoming a recognized leader in automation solutions for industrial applications and logistics, and warehouses.As the Associate Director of Sales, you will establish, lead, and set the strategic direction for Boston Dynamics’ sales team. You will work together with the company’s executives to penetrate into and grow accounts with strategic end customers. Responsibilities include driving pipeline growth, optimizing pipeline conversion, accurate forecasting, and delivering orders in alignment with the business plan.The ideal candidate will be able to balance sales operations work with management and have experience working in hardware/software sales to early adopters.****Day to day activities:***** Refine and implement scalable and repeatable sales processes to drive pipeline generation, condense sales cycles, and improve predictability.* Lead a team of hunters to target and penetrate into enterprise accounts, navigating complex sales with multiple stakeholders.* Set annual and quarterly orders targets based on customer input and development timeline* Partner with the Marketing team to convert sales leads into long-term customers* Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support resources to ensure continued satisfaction and growth with accounts* Support the pricing strategy together with the finance team****We are looking for:***** Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in enterprise hardware/software sales into asset-intensive industries* Minimum 3 years of experience at a management level, with proven success in leading and managing high-performing sales teams* Ability to understand technical details of highly complex products* Demonstrable passion for cutting-edge technology, including robotics* Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for fostering a high-performing and dynamic team* Flexibility in establishing multiple strategies for a completely new product segment* Ability to convert technical material into compelling product presentations to multiple stakeholders, ranging from sales accounts, key partners, and business analysts* Comfort working cross-functionally with multiple departments to achieve ambitious targets* Willingness to travel between 50%-75% of the time (including international travel)We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
